I sent multiple emails and messages via the website stating that I needed to speak to someone about my rate increase. No one ever responded. I then sent multiple messages about needing to discuss canceling my policy. No one ever responded. (Bear in mind, here to for all business had been conducted via email. They were very responsive when they wanted my business.) Then I get the check in the mail. Policy was canceled three weeks earlier. Who authorized that? Not me. Saying "I want to discuss cancelation" and canceling are not the same thing. Now, I have a lapse of coverage incident on my insurance profile. Thanks, Syna Lewis State Farm! Well done. So very professional.
